Teddy Ray Reed

    Teddy Ray Reed, age 59, of Neon, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at his residence. He was born on March 12, 1961 in Troy, Ohio.  He was the son of the late Coy and Helen Slone Reed.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion for over thirty-five years.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother,  Gary and two sisters:  Doris and Missy.

   He is survived by his loving wife, Alesa Ann Fields Reed; one daughter, Ashley Reed (Josh Fox) of Jenkins; one son, Jonathan Reed of Neon; a special mother-in-law, Melvie Fields; two sisters: Sheryl Browning  and Angie Reed, both of Ohio; two special nieces: Joy Mayabb and Michelle Yates, both of Ohio; one special friend, Dennis Ward of Ohio; along with a host of other family and many friends.

    A private,of the most immediate family (maximum of 10), service will be observed at Carty Funeral Home of Neon, Kentucky.
