Walter Baker Obituary

Walter Jesse Baker, age 56, of Deane, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at his residence. He was born on July 16, 1963 in Fleming, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Jesse and Ollie Hall Baker. Walter loved making and working on knives.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Jesse Baker, Jr., John H. Baker and Levon Baker; one sister, Anna Rose Caudill and by one nephew, Curry Hall.

He is survived by two sisters: Carol Sue Hall of Deane, Kentucky and Desta Baker of Falmoth, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of other family and many friends.

Visitation for Mr. Baker will be held at the Carty Funeral Home of Neon on Monday, February 10, 2020 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for the public.

Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Chris Dool officiating.

Interment will follow in the Baker Family Cemetery of Millstone, Kentucky.
